- An Independent and objective point of contact for resources and information regarding special education.
- An experienced advocate who will assist parent with File Organization, Letter Writing for Effective Communication, Positive Negotiation Skills, Meeting Preparation and, when requested, accompany parents and attend Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, Facilitated IEP Meetings, Mediations, etc.
